Carbon Free Meetings at Burrough Court 
This month saw the successful launch of our latest green initiative Carbon Free Meetings. Having continually adopted methods to reduce the carbon and waste produced on site and within our meeting rooms through using recycled stationary, local foods, LED energy saving bulbs and many other methods, our offsetting scheme balances the carbon produced that we can not eliminate or reduce.
The unique scheme involves a simple calculation to know the carbon produced and the planting of indigenous trees here on the estate in the Leicestershire.
Fred Wilson, Director at Burrough Court commented;
"Our extensive green portfolio and experience of planting trees enables us to offer our customers a product that will boost their green credentials and differentiate themselves from their competitors. Planting the trees here on the estate allows them to get involved in the process and educate themselves about the benefits of going green!"

Successful Partners meeting for Fisher German
Over fourty Partners from land and property agents Fisher German enjoyed a fantastic day holding their annual Partners meeting at Burrough Court. Having worked with Fisher German in the letting of our Commercial Property and the management of the estate for over 8 years, we were delighted to host this event for them.

Sun Shines for Thirsty Thursday
Tenants at Burrough Court enjoyed great evening for the first Thirsty Thursday of the Summer. We had a great turn out as new occupiers were keen to meet existing tenants and enjoy a chilled drink in the sun!

New fitness Studio!
The newly renovated Studio at Burrough Court has become the fitness studio for Elite Fitness Group to carry out health assessments, one-on–one fitness training and injury rehabilitation. Burrough Court provides an excellent venue for Jamie, Dan and Kane, the EFG team, to grow their business by using our meeting facilities to hold assessment days and utilising our on site Gym and abundance of outside training areas.

Congratulations to Howzat Travel
Congratulations to Howzat Travel who were nominated as runners up at last nights Melton Business Awards ceremony.
The cricket tour company based in the Pavilion at Burrough Court was highly recommended for their work specialising in organising great value travel arrangements for cricket enthusiasts to follow England on their travels around the globe.

Howzat Travel move into The Pavilion
Burrough Court are proud to announce another reputable client to our ranks. Howzat Travel have moved in to the suitably named office 2, The Pavilion to conduct their meetings and business activities.
Howzat Travel specialises in providing the followers of the English Cricket team with the means to travel worldwide in order to spectate some of the greatest games in recorded history. Interestingly, Howzat Travel has been entered as one of the top three contenders for the Melton Business of the Year awards! It's great to be working with such a well received and recognised client.

Renewable Energy workshop is huge success
Burrough Court hosted an event with Farming Futures and Rural Energy educating local land managers and farmers on the benefits and ways of investing in renewable energy technology.
The workshop included informative presentations from farm energy experts in wind, biomass and solar PV technologies. Delegates saw the technologies first hand visiting the biomass boiler here at Burrough Court and a local wind turbine.  Having invested and experiences installing a biomass boiler here, director Fred Wilson gave an insights on the pitfall and successes of on-farm renewable energy generation.
The feedback from the day was excellent;
"The event was one of the most informative sessions that I have ever attended on any subject. The people doing the talking knew what they were talking about, the examples were tangible and easy to relate to and the organisation and administration of the day could not have been more engaging or encouraging.
