Coffee, Lunch and Refreshments On Site
Our coffee shop is just steps from the meeting room, serving locally roasted two chimps coffee, homemade cakes, pastries, sandwiches and lunches. It’s open Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm. Lunch and all refreshments for your group are arranged in advance so everything is ready when you need it. (Dietary requirements are catered for).

How many people can the meeting room hold? Up to 12 people and the room is setup in a boardroom style.
How much does it cost to hire the meeting room? Day hire (9am–5pm) is £200 + VAT, Monday to Friday. Lunch and all refreshments are an additional cost paid direct to the coffee shop.
Can you provide lunch and refreshments? Yes. Our on-site coffee shop can provide coffee, pastries, lunch and afternoon refreshments. Let us know your numbers and any dietary needs when you book.
Is there parking? Yes, free on-site parking with electric car charging, behind a secure gated entrance.
Can we hold video calls? Yes. The room has a SMART TV and ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
How do I book, and what is the cancellation policy? Send an enquiry with your date, times and numbers. We’ll confirm availability and send an invoice, payable before your meeting to confirm the booking. Cancellations 30+ days before get a full refund, 14–30 days get 50%, and within 14 days no refund.
Can we arrive early to set up? You can arrive at 8.30am to setup.
How far are you from the A1 and M1? We are 15 miles / 30 minutes from the A1 (Stamford) and 17 miles / 25 minutes from the M1 (Junction 21A).
