Dive into the world of plants, uncovering their medicinal properties and learning how they can boost your health and wellbeing. After your enlightening forage, round off the experience with a delicious lunch at the Larder, the culinary heart of Burrough Court.

Nicola will teach you how to discover the medicinal qualities of some familiar and not so familiar plants and learn how they can be used to support your health and wellbeing at home.

Join us for a transformative experience with a guided countryside walk designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Begin your day with a mindful walk through the sprawling landscapes of the Burrough Court Estate, led by Jeni Taylor, Natures Wisdom of Healing & Wellbeing and end with a wholesome breakfast at the Larder, nestled in the serene setting of Burrough Court. Embrace tranquillity, stir your senses, and bond with nature as you feed your spirit.
7:45am – Arrive
8am – Mindfulness Walk
The walk will commence with an introduction to why we are here and what do we aim to achieve. Then the walk will begin. Stopping at certain points to close our eyes and feel the sensation of the breeze, the warmth or closeness of the sun, the sounds we hear. Being aware of each step we take, we become focused and present in that moment.
9am – Breakfast
Having nourished the mind and soul, now to nourish the body. Enjoy a healthy breakfast at the Larder following your mindful stroll amidst nature, creating a perfect moment to connect with each other and reflect on the tranquil splendor you’ve just experienced.
