    1. Email info@burroughcourt.com
    2. State the date you wish to use the co-working space on & for how many people
    3. Include your address for the invoice to be raised
    4. As confirmation an email with the invoice will be sent along with further information on your booking
    5. Payment must be made prior to arrival
    6. Should you have any questions feel free to call the Estate office on 01664 454690

    Cancellation Policy Up to 30 days – full refund; up to 14 days – 50% refund; less than 14 days – no refund.

  • Coworking FAQs

    What coworking options do you offer, from day passes to dedicated desks?
    There are four dedicated workstations available within the workspace. Access is provided via a day pass, which grants use of the facilities from 9:00am to 5:00pm. A full-day pass costs £36 including VAT.

    Do I need to book a hot desk in advance or can I drop in?
    Yes, booking is required and can be made by emailing info@burroughcourt.com. Please include your preferred date, business name (for invoicing purposes) and billing address within your request. Payment is required in advance of your booking. If payment by BACS transfer is not possible, arrangements can be made for payment to be taken in the Coffee Shop. Please contact the Estate Office in advance to discuss this option.

    What are the access hours and on-site amenities for coworking members?
    Access hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday and cannot be used beyond 5:00pm. You’ll benefit from ultra-fast Wi-Fi throughout the day and the space is dog friendly. Due to the nature of the building, there is regular foot traffic through the area, so only well-behaved, non-reactive dogs are permitted. If you wish to bring your dog to work, please notify the Estate Office within your enquiry form. The Coffee Shop is just along the corridor and is open from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, offering refreshments and light lunches throughout the day.

    Is there a cafe onsite?
    There is a coffee shop on site serving a range of teas, coffees and cold drinks, alongside a freshly prepared breakfast menu from 9:00am to 11:30am and lunch from 11:30am to 3:00pm. Catering for a variety of dietary requirements, it provides a convenient option for both refreshments and meals throughout the working day. The coffee shop is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

    Where do I park when using the co-working space?
    Park in the Main Car Park, which is the first right once you’re through the black cast iron gates. If they are closed on arrival, drive up to them slowly and they will open on approach.

    How do I find the co-working space?
    Head to the Main Car Park, located on the first right through the black cast-iron gates. Once parked, walk through the courtyard arch and head to the top left corner of the courtyard. Enter through the large door between the two wooden pillars, then turn right and follow the corridor to The Hub. You’ll pass the Coffee Shop on your way.

    Do you have electric car charging available?
    Yes, the EV charging points are located in the Paddock Car Park. To find them, follow the road around to the left, just before the black cast-iron gates, and follow the signs for the Coffee Shop. As you enter the car park, the charging points will be directly ahead of you. There are two dual 22kW charging stations available on-site, powered by Monta. Full instructions for use are displayed on the units, making charging quick and straightforward during your visit.
